EXPERIENCE
· Assistant Professor, Ohio State-Lima: Taught
an elementary social studies course for graduate students pursuing
their masters degree in education. Summer, 1995.
· Assistant Professor, Bowling Green State University:
Teaching undergraduate elementary methods in social studies, and
graduate courses in qualitative research, theory and practice
in elementary and secondary schools. Developed two elementary
Professional Development Schools (PDS) sites. Presented, researched,
and wrote concerning PDS, university-school relationships, interdisciplinary
teaching, and multicultural education. 1995-1999.
· Assistant Professor, Old Dominion University:
Teaching undergraduate and graduate elementary/middle school methods
in social studies. Involved in Professional Development (PDS)
Schools with Norfolk City Schools. Presented, researched, and
published concerning PDS, university-school partnerships, multicultural
education, integration of technology and mentoring. 1999-present
